The Air Jordan 1 Low and Mid both receive a ‘Brushstroke’ revamp, offering something arty to your collection. Ever since ’85, the Air Jordan 1 Low has revolutionised performance on the courts and global streetwear. From colour-block classics, minimal masterpieces and more experimental releases, the Air Jordan 1 is a grail item for trainer enthusiasts.
First up – the Air Jordan 1 Mid ‘Brushstoke’. This shoe looks like it has just spent a day in Jackson Pollock’s studio. While the base of the upper chooses a crisp white textile material, tan suede overlays join the mix, coated in vibrant splashes of paint splatter. What’s more, a brushstroke Swoosh adorns the lateral sidewall with a clean-looking suede one on the medial. Paint splatter continues onto the rubber sole unit beneath, and this is injected with Air technology to ensure cushioning comfort all day long.
The ‘Brushstroke’ gets its title from reworked Swooshing with a paint-like aesthetic. To add to the Low rendition’s palette, colourful paint splashes coat the suede and textile uppers. Air branding on the tongue signals the shoe’s cushioning technology, plus there is heel Wing branding in the midst of the paint-splattered surroundings. To finish, a two-tone rubber sole unit is kept clean looking to contrast its above.
The Air Jordan 1 ‘Brushstoke’ pack lands on Tuesday 17th August. They come in men’s sizes, priced between £105 and £115. Enter the raffle from today!
