We look at the Air Jordan 12 ‘Retro Twist’

If you want a taste of the future, the Air Jordan 12 still provides that. One of the most striking silhouettes in the lineage, the shoe was first released in 1996 and was designed by the legendary Tinker Hatfield who took influence from the Japanese ‘Rising Sun’.

Crisp and classic, the Air Jordan 12 Retro is back with a clean looking white colourway with pops of ‘University Red’ and black to offer a nod to MJ’s Chicago Bulls. As always, Rising Sun-inspired stitching features on the sidewalls, while Jumpman logos sit on the tongues.

Air cushioning ensures a smooth feel when gliding about in these basketball OGs, and a ‘Jumpman’ label on the midfoot support celebrates the legendary lineage of shoes. Enhancing this, a branded strip covers the heel, with a ‘23’ logo to sign things off.
