Berna

Joining this size? session is South African-born, East London-raised rapper Berna. He grew up listening to a mix of UK and American rappers, ranging from Ghetts and Skepta to Kendrick Lamar and Drake. Riding the wave of the Capital’s latest rising talents, Berna is renowned for his ability to freestyle. This has been showcased on Fire in the Booth, SBTV, GRM Daily and more. 2021 is looking like a special year for the artist – you can expect a new mixtape and collaborations with the likes of Jay1, Kwengface and JB Scofield.

Jelani Blackman

Jelani Blackman is one of London’s rising talents, offering a unique approach influenced by a blend of soul, RnB and grime. Melodic and deeply lyrical, Jelani Blackman has made his mark with two COLORS sessions, achieving over 1 million views on his performance of his hit single ‘Hello’. His deep and soulful voice is a real standout, as well as the beats he spits over, offering a hint of the old-school grime within his contemporary sound. Boasting collaborations with the likes of Brian Eno, Big Zuu, Burna Boy and more – his talent is recognised across the industry.
