After being safely tucked away in the vault for 10 years, the Air Jordan 13 Retro ‘Flint’ is finally making its way back onto the shelves for 2020.

For many, the ‘Flint’ is the most iconic Air Jordan 13 palette. The model debuted on MJ’s feet way back in ’98 – the same season that the Chicago Bulls were surging towards their 6th NBA Championship. It’s seen a couple of revivals over the years – 2005 and 2010, to be specific – but none as true to the original as this latest effort.

Remaining true to the shape and palette of the ’98 OG, the Tinker Hatfield designed silhouette returns with its three-piece uppers. Supple grey suede covers the heel and mudguard; smooth white leather is used for the toe-box and throat, and 3M detailing intertwines with the blue textile uppers or a standout finish.

Branding-wise, the silhouette salutes to Jordan’s on-court ‘Black Cat’ nickname with a signature green ‘cats-eye’ emblem on the collar, while blue Jumpman detailing decorates the tongue.

Continuing the ‘Flint’ aesthetic, grey suede works its way down onto the midsole, which boasts a full-foot Zoom Air cushioning setup for seriously comfortable cushioning on and off the hardwood.
