With the silhouette’s 30th anniversary in full swing, Jordan is showing no signs of letting up with their latest Air Jordan ‘What The’ release.
Fusing four classic AJ4 palettes – “Bred,” “White Cement,” “Military Blue,” and “Fire Red” – the mismatched colour scheme of the ‘What The’ is a fitting tribute for the model’s momentous birthday. Painted chiefly in white, each sidewall sports slightly different colour variation which in turn provides a subtle but stylish homage to thirty years of an all-time icon.
The devil’s in the detail with this release; each lace tip features the OG AJ4’s product codes, while on the inside, the footbeds boast flipped colour schemes to complete the unorthodox look. Resting below, Air tech in the midsole serves up supportive cushioning, with colour-blocked outsoles providing trusty traction on and off the courts.
The Air Jordan 4 Retro ‘What The’ will be available on Saturday 23rd November via the size? previews raffle and in selected size? stores, priced between £100 – £170.
