Nordic footwear purveyors, Arkk, return for 2018, blending old with new for updates on two of their fresh silhouettes: Scorpitex and Eaglezero.
Utilising brighter, bolder neon colours, Arkk, are stepping away from their familiar tonal colourways and embracing an eclectic colour mix for the first time. Also, a first for Arkk, the introduction of reflective logos; inspired by various compositions and reflections of light in the metal and glass work of the Confluence Museum in Lyon.
The Eaglezero Mesh S-E 15 is constructed from thin, breathable mesh, with an inner sock and Luxe Nubuck back piece. The updated silhouette also features a lacing system inspired by the Øresund bridge, that connects Denmark with Sweden, paying homage to Scandanavia’s rich architectural heritage. The Eaglezero will be available in Silver Grey Spray, Sage Green Spray, Black Spray and Beet Spray.
A slip-on sneaker, the Scorpitex S-E15 – inspired by mountain boots – features a hiking style lacing system, with a custom lace toggle bungee mechanism, for a contemporary feel. A lower profile silhouette, the Scorpitex features as part of Arkk’s exclusive ‘Superior Line’. Available in Green Crème, Desert Brown and Faded Green, the Scorpitex is constructed from breathable mesh, featuring a fully-caged upper and back strap elastic support, for a clean, sporty aesthetic.
