“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”

– Ralph Waldo Emerson

Staple couldn’t have timed their Autumn/Winter 2013 Collection any better with the change of weather, divided into several motifs, combining a prep look with a military collection. “Staple Poison Ivy” speaks to the Ivy league aesthetic with subtle collegiate emblems, plaid and color-blocked button-downs and varsity-inspired sportswear. The “Dead Pigeons Society” is a nod to the fathers of transcendentalism with an enlightened take on man’s encounter with nature.

Among others, the collection features mixed-material jackets with special lining details, composition notebook-themed prints, patterned wovens and embroidered chino pants, jacquard chambray button-down shirts and loopback hoodies, printed five-panel hats and our custom Pigeon camouflage. “Staple Outback,” our theme for the second Fall delivery, is dedicated to the world’s trailblazers. From corduroy, denim, Apache chevrons, and heraldic iconography to our signature embroidered Pigeon pieces, this Fall collection embodies the cult of American fraternity and the rugged outdoors.

Drop 2 also includes the second installment of the official Staple x Mike Tyson capsule, in which they have been able to expand on the earlier Summer 13 collection to include the Punchout Varsity jacket and popover hood inspired by the popular 80s video game, a Mitchell and Ness snapback and tees illustrated by graphic artist Joe Buck.

The Staple Autumn/Winter 2013 collection will be landing in selected size? stores and online in the very near future, so keep an ear to the ground
