Converse have always been a favourite of ours, whether it’s the classic Jack Purcell in subtle navy canvas or collaborations such as the recent Marimekko series. But there’s a section of the Converse collection which might have been overlooked by most of you, and that’s their boots! Every year, the brand produces a wide range of winterized versions of their infamous models, along with some new styles to mix things up.

This season is no different with the brand releasing hybrid silhouettes such as the All Star Hiker Hi, which mixes the definitive characteristics of the Chuck Taylor accompanied by distinctive hiking aspects from the likes of metallic d-ring eyelets and waxed cotton canvas.

The All Star Classic Boot silhouette is no different with its moccasin-style toe box, clean vulcanised sole and rugged nubuck leather upper. Complementing both of these, is the bulky yet simply designed Major Mills X Hi which is inspired by the founder himself and includes aspects first used on the original pair of winterized rubber soled footwear, along with the water-resistant waxed canvas upper and rubber-welted outsole.
