Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse QS

Following last week’s launch of the Air Max 1 Hyperfuse QS, Nike Sportswear hit us with yet another must-have in the form of the Air Max 90 Hyperfuse QS in the highly sought-after ‘infrared’ colourway. Essentially a slimmed down version of the original (with some very minor colour tweaks to the upper), this release, like the Max 1, also features Nike’s Hyperfuse technology, which is designed to improve durability & breathability as well as shed all excess weight. Technology aside though, it’s the colourway that will be the selling point when they hit the shelves next week. First seen on the original Air Max 90 (or Air Max III as it used to be known), ‘infrared’ is one of the most desirable choices of colour-pop used on any silhouette, in particular the AM90. Whilst we’ve not seen it in its original guise since June 2010, it’s fair to say with this version Nike Sportswear effortlessly combine new and old (other brands should take note here), resulting in a release that will not only introduce the latest following of streetwear fans to one of the most iconic trainers of all time, but also stand as a reminder to those lucky enough to own a pair of OG retro’s that this is arguably the best colourway of all time! Add to that a QuickStrike tag and you have a release fit for fans new and old. The white/cement grey-infrared-black Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse QS will be available in limited numbers from size? stores and online on Friday 27th July.
