the authority on air: Air Max 93 ‘Teal’

Releasing alongside a similarly-coloured Nike Air Huarache, 2013’s Air Max 93 ‘Teal’ utilised a combination of different materials not commonly found on running shoes.

Breathable teal mesh, luxurious suede and debossed leather all worked hand in hand across the model’s vibrant uppers, with dashes of purple to the Swoosh, tongue and heel branding for a touch of contrast.

To commemorate the release, we commissioned designer and art director FILFURY to create bespoke artwork for both releases, chopping up imagery of each shoe and digitally collaging together his vision for each of the icons.
