Embodying the harsh terrain environments of the Jungle through to the Mountains, PUMA introduce the second instalment of the Wilderness Pack designed in collaboration with size? Following on from the first drop last month, this pack comprises of the Blaze of Glory and the Disc Blaze; currently two of the most sought after silhouettes from PUMA.

Inspired by the dense, overgrown forestation of the Amazonian jungle and its wild inhabitants, the Blaze of Glory is built to endure the harshest of terrain’s and weather conditions – a sandwich mesh base layer for breathability in humid conditions, a secondary suede layer to act as a carpet like moss and a tough rubberised waterproof leather provides shelter against the constant downpours. The Blaze of Glory also pays homage to the amphibious inhabitants of the Amazon in the form of bright pink heel wrap which serve as a warning to predators. This teamed with a multi speckled mid-sole serves as a nod to the colourful plants and flowers that bloom deep within the jungle.

The Disc Blaze is built to endure the toughest mountainous terrains, featuring a heavy waxed canvas upper which shows off battle scars earned from going toe-to-toe with the wilderness. Perfectly evolved evergreen trees serve as inspiration for the front of the shoe with an ice-green cage unit whilst the brown sole represents trampled branches and bark on the forest floors. The Disc Blaze captures the mountainous weather conditions perfectly and uses a speckled mid-sole to represent a looming blizzard.

With this attention to detail both models have coordinating green and silver 3M reflective tabs, representing a beacon of life and survival in these harshest of environments.

The PUMA x size? ‘Wilderness Pack’ Blaze of Glory Jungle & Disc Blaze Mountain will launch on Saturday 2nd August online at 8:00am GMT via direct links on our Facebook and Twitter pages. It will also be available in all size? stores on the day from their respective opening hours. The Blaze of Glory is priced at £90 and the Disc Blaze is priced at £110 both available in UK sizes 6-12 (half sizes include 7.5 – 9.5).
