size? 2021 Round-Up: Nike
Wow – it’s that time of year again. As we reach the end of another year, we can’t quite believe some of the size? Exclusives that we have released. While it has been another tough year for many, it has been a delight to finally see loads of our loyal customers again as we have opened our stores, hosted enthralling live music, sponsored music festivals and much more.
As you probably already know, we’ve linked up with the likes of adidas Originals, Reebok, Vans and New Balance for some insane collaborations during 2021. One brand though – Nike – gave us the green light on some special collaborations, that saw us in dreamland over here at size? HQ. After our 20th anniversary celebrations, we had a lot to live up to…
First up, the Nike Dunk Low – size? Exclusive. We are super excited to have worked on a Dunk – certainly one of the most iconic silhouettes on the market right now with a super-rich history. We decided to opt for modernised colours instead of the traditional team tones, while stitched detailing and a reworked tongue label added a DIY touch. Nice isn’t it?
We also got the green light on another Nike Air Huarache – size? Exclusive. Turning heads and providing supreme comfort for 30 years, this silhouette is truly synonymous with size?, and our avid followers. Why? It has a rich history in streetwear, oozing style and a range of unique features that make this a standalone trainer in the rich Nike Air catalogue.
Now for one of the highlights of the year, we got a chance to bring back the Nike Air Omega Flame. A loud trainer steeped in terrace-wear history – and boasting a large cult following – we brought back the Omega Flame with a one-to-one reissue. You could also find this exclusive on the ComplexLand 2.0 Marketplace; this was a virtual experience with exclusives, prizes, talks and discovery, in collaboration with some amazing labels.
While we had some one-to-one collaborations, we also met up with some amazing creatives to find out about their affinity with Nike and Jordan products. From Stephanie Okoye for the Air Jordan 11 ‘Animal Instinct’, Roman for the Air Max 90 ‘Bacon’, to Emma from LID Shop and more, the Nike community is something that we are proud to showcase and be a part of!
