adidas Originals Archive Oregon Ultra Tech – size? exclusive
We’re opening our adidas Originals Archive for 2026 with two new takes on a rarely seen retro staple from the 1990s. Summoning inspiration from myth-status silhouettes embedded in subcultural 3-Stripes lore, our Oregon Ultra Tech – size? exclusive pack borrows elements from the elusive 1/100 Kegler Super from 2000, as well as a Kazuki Kuraishi ZXZ with ties to one of Madchester’s cult heroes.
The adidas Originals Oregon OG debuted back in 1982 as a high-performance runner and was heralded for its Dellinger web midsole. A shock-dispersing feature invented to distribute impact from running by constricting the foam inside of a springy, wraparound nylon cage. Then, in 1991, adidas issued the Oregon Ultra Tech. Bigger, better, bolder – leaning more towards adidas ZX Series territory that was rampant in the UK rave scene at the time.
A considered nod to collector history filtered through a utilitarian lens, the adidas Originals Archive Oregon Ultra Tech – size? exclusive returns with a premium execution throughout. Robust Cordura mesh uppers host padded collars, tonal 3-Stripes and faux ostrich leather overlays on the brown pair, regular on the black. Stacked beneath, Dellinger web midsoles and Soft-Cell cushioning provide dynamic support and comfort. Gold foil accents sign off across the tongue and heels to finish, hallmarking the rare bringback that pays homage to grail design codes of the past.
You can get both pairs of the adidas Originals Archive Oregon Ultra Tech – size? exclusive at size? on 19.06.26.
