adidas Originals’ ‘City Series’ is one of its most sought-after lines, offering 3-Stripe enthusiasts a journey around the globe with an array of destinations and colourways. Now, adi lands in Italy, for a trip to Trieste – a port city located in the northeast of Italy.

Originally released in ’78, this is a real retro grail with only slight changes – the lateral labelling for example has been changed from metallic to dark green. Rich leather fills the upper in a cream tone, contrasted with brown on the 3-Stripes and heel. Rubber gum soles carry the above too, while crinkled tongues are adorned with Trefoil crested branding. What a journey it is.
