Recently, we teamed up with The North Face and HideOut Youth Zone to take a group of young people for a day of climbing in the great outdoors.

TNF is a brand renowned for its mission to ‘provide the best product to the modern day explorer, support the preservation of the outdoors and inspire a global movement of exploration’, making it a natural choice for this collab with the Manchester based charity HideOut Youth Zone.

On the 25th June, a group of ten young people swapped out the climbing wall at the HideOut centre for the countryside. Kitted out in TNF, the group scaled rock faces and explored the Yorkshire Dales in the event hosted by Alfresco Adventures, giving them the opportunity to try something new and experience all that the countryside has to offer.

HideOut Youth Zone provides a safe space for young people to experience opportunities they might not usually have access to, working around the ethos that all young people deserve ‘somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to’.
