Crisp and smooth ‘N’ logos adorn the sidewalls, matching with laces and the ENCAP-cushioned midsoles. New Balance labels sit on the tongue, heel and insole, providing an authentic touch. Next up is another 990v2 rendition – we’d say it’s close to the pinnacle of footwear engineering. Pristine in its design, the silhouette is hugged by furry suede overlays, protecting a breathable mesh base for functionality. Classic greys combine with beige and yellowish colours, while signature NB branding joins the design, delivering a splash of heritage. Cushioning comfort isn’t an issue with ENCAP tech, while a sticky rubber sole unit keeps things grippy underfoot.

The 990v3 joins the pack too, sharing classic grey hues with the other two pairs. Soft suede overlays techy mesh on this one, while crisp ‘N’ logos adorn the sidewalls.
