We are already keeping busy in 2021, our latest collaboration with Converse – the Creators Series – proves this, as we celebrate the creative talent in our community.
Our first Converse Creators Series began last year at the first lockdown in March; it originally set out to showcase talented students and professionals in the community. The aim of this series is to inspire and motivate our audience while giving a further platform to the talent that has amazed us.
We are delighted to introduce our second guest, Gabriel Busch, a photographer from London.
Here, Busch tells us about how he fell in love with photography:
“Everyone always told me I had a good eye for things but I never saw that myself until I picked up my sister’s old camera and started taking photos of random things, it was like an instant click I fell in love with photography and knew this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.”
He also told us about the inspiration for his Converse Creators Series shoot:
“I tried to capture the London and city culture in this shoot, I feel the converse brand has that urban and vintage look that you can rock with any fit on anyone – I shot it using both 35mm film and digital.”
