The Air Max BW has always been an exciting and creative part of the Air Max collective. Making its debut in 1991 the BW was first known as the Nike Air Max IV, after releasing various successful designs Nike refocused the models name with the initials BW, denoting ‘Big Windows’ due to its large visible Air unit. Returning to the scene in a big way for 2017 is the BW Premium, which comes in a vivid shade of Red on Nike’s high-quality rich leather. Cross-referencing yesteryear designs is the Vachetta Tan appearing on the overlay across the sidewall, adding subtle character to the colour way.

Nike Air Max Zero – Shop Now

The production for the Air Max Zero was first brought to life in 2015 by Graeme McMillan, taking an early sketch from Tinker Hatfield who’s initial intentions were for it to be the first Air Max model, but due to its complex construction it was too ahead of it’s time. With a brief run through in 2015, Nike have brought back and produced a simplistic but uncluttered Black addition. On the toe box is a breathable black mesh accompanied by a Phylon midsole, reducing weight and allowing the side wall and tongue branding to take centre stage.

Nike Air Max LD-Zero H – Shop Now

The LD-Zero has always been an exciting concept to look out for, displaying vintage branding that feels ahead of its time. Bringing two of his best-loved silhouettes to the table, Fragment Design founder Hiroshi Fujiwara combined elements of the classic LD-1000 upper with the sole unit of a Air Max 2014. Covering the upper this time around is a White distressed leather with additional flywire cables for midfoot lockdown, complemented by a clear rubber outsole with waffle pattern for durability and traction.
