Well, we’re deep into our size? sessions Mix series and for this instalment, we’re bringing you a biggie. We’ve teamed up with PUMA’s Suede Music Studio and Rinse FM for a three-part mix from Jossy Mitsu, IZCO, and Bel Cobain.

size? sessions Mix #30

Before we get into the artists, let us fill you in on our collaborators: PUMA’s Suede Music Studio is a creative space situated in London’s Ladbroke Grove that opened just this week. The studio pays homage to the sports brand’s iconic PUMA Suede shoe – a model we’re quite familiar with here at size? – and was built in partnership with Spotify. Rinse began its life as a pirate music station, championing London’s underground artists since their get-go. They remain the centre of a vast musical community and continue to lock themselves into the pulse of the underground to this day.

Jossy Mitsu

The first artist to join us is Birmingham-born, London-living, and Rinse FM Resident, Jossy Mitsu. Collecting music since 15, Jossy eventually took to the decks at the age of 18 and hasn’t looked back since. Now 24, you can expect Jossy to bring with her a varied mix of house, tech, leftfield and more.

IZCO

Next on the bill, it’s Rinse FM regular IZCO. The rising young DJ/producer is a Hackney native who’s renowned for his jungle and break-inspired sound.

Bel Cobain

size? sessions Mix #30 Bel Cobain

Last, but by no means least, poetic singer-songwriter Bel Cobain is rounding things off for us. The ‘Introverted Stoner’ singer hails from East London and brings with her a soft, jazz-inspired ethereal sound that we can’t wait to hear.
