The Cons Project is a global creative initiative setup in locations across the world including Los Angeles, Toronto, Brooklyn, and most recently, London.
Located out in the heart of Peckham, South London, the Cons Project is a unique space designed to house all manor of creative practices within a safe environment.  Over the course of 10 weeks the space will host a variety of events, parties and workshops where attendees can learn any number of new skills through workshops ranging from skateboarding, to fashion photography, music production and spoken word amongst many more.  Each course is curated by qualified instructors and practising professionals.

The space contains many different interactive areas, including a live music venue, bar, and galleries containing artwork from a combination of fine artists and graffiti writers including Stika, Neas, Ashes57, Will Vibes, Sam Taylor, and DSCREET.

Another great addition to the venue is a very impressive pop up skatepark built around the back. Designed by CONS UK pro Jerome Campbell, the park is custom built so that obstacles can be moved around to add creativity to your session, along with photorealisic 2D images pasted to the walls to make you feel as though you’re out in the streets.  Additional artwork across the course is provided by many famed London graffiti writers.

We were down at the launch event on Thursday to check out the space, with live music on the night provided by Scratcha DVA, Krept & Konan, Rustie, and special guest Pusha T.

The CONS Project, London will be open until July 31st.  For more information on how to attend events and workshops check HERE.
