1985 was a big year for Nike basketball silhouettes! In a year that saw the launch of hardwood heavyweights; the Dunk, Terminator and Air Jordan I, the lesser-known Dynasty quickly but surely forged a strong following both on and off the court thanks to it’s bold but simple styling and eye-catching colourways (reminiscent of those seen on the Dunk). Only ever released to be as a hi-top, Nike designers took inspiration from other big game models, borrowing the ankle strap from the Air Force I (1982), sole unit from the Penetrator (1984) and perforated toe box from the Dunk (1985) to produce an iconic silhouette released at the beginning of a golden age of basketball footwear design.

Set to release in January and limited to just 500 pairs each, these two new colourways, ideal for the winter months, are a worldwide exclusive to us at size?
