size? x WHP – Interview with Pirate Copy
Kaluki has been a mainstay in the Manchester house scene since its inception in 2006. Headed up by city local Pirate Copy, the night has evolved into an international beast, holding residencies both in the UK and Ibiza.
Recently Kaluki was fortunate to be able to curate the line-up of selectors for a Warehouse Project night, bringing together a collective of global headliners and locals alike, to show the spectrum of house music. We sat down with Pirate Copy after his set to talk about how he first got into music, his favourite house tune, and the story behind the Kaluki brand.
As part of our size? sponsorship of this season of Warehouse Project, each week we’ll be reporting from the Depot. We’ll be speaking to many of the artists on each eclectic line-up, seeing what everyone’s wearing on foot, and showcasing the spectacle that is the Mayfield Depot.
