Dissecting their archives, adidas Originals reinvents their classic Ozweego 3 silhouette with a fresh new guise for summer ’19. Carrying on the family name, the all-new Ozweego retains its ’98 predecessor’s character while dragging its design into the present for today’s streetwear scene.

Unveiled earlier this year at Coachella by rap luminary Pusha-T, the summer-ready silhouette sports the same mesh, suede and TPU uppers as its ‘90s counterpart – wrapping your feet in lightweight and breathable comfort. The archival-inspired pair sport a fresh ‘Future White’, ‘Cloud Grey’ and ‘Solar Yellow’ palette, with further bursts of blue featuring throughout the uppers for a stand-out finish.

Underfoot, the Ozweego boasts adiPRENE tech in the heel and adiPRENE+ in the forefoot: this cushioning tech sits in the model’s insole, dampening the shock and stress that the impact of running places on your feet which helps to reduce the risk of injury. Similarly, a thick EVA midsole provides you with extra padding, while a traction rubber outsole keeps your feet firmly on the ground. One final touch: strategically placed 3M accent the uppers – keeping you lit when the lights go out.

The adidas Originals Ozweego will be via the size? website and in selected size? stores on Saturday 22nd June, priced at £90, and available in men’s and women’s sizes.

* We recommend choosing a half size up from your regular size for a better-suited fit *
