A shoe that dates to the ’70s and – as the name might suggest – had its beginnings as a cross-country running option. Here, the adidas Originals Archive Country OG ?exclusive does away with the standard take on the original elevating the shoe with premium builds.

Based on vintage, rare, Japanese packs from the 1980s that never were never seen in Europe or outside of the German label’s archive, the brown colourway opts for a suede upper and sees a reinforced toe box arrive via a suede overlay. Whereas the white colourway is coated in smooth leather with hits of navy adorning the branded touches in all the usual spots to complete the décor up top. Underfoot, a gum rubber sole harks back to this runner’s retro origins.
