There are few shoes out there more lauded than the Nike Dunk High. A basketball silhouette borne of the mind of Peter Moore, it debuted in 1985 and has undergone many evolutions since its beginnings on the b-ball courts. Still a firm fan-favourite to this day, it’s a true Nike grail.

For this Dunk High 1985, Nike has opted for an ‘Arctic Orange’ colourway which includes a mixed material upper in a slight change up from the usual all-leather aesthetic. While leather is included, this one is overlayed with titular denim segments adding more depth and a dose of peachy colour to the mix. As always, a breezy feel is ensured by a perforated toe box, and rubber maximises grip on the outsole. The nicely padded upper is completed by Swooshed sidewalls and a branded tongue, adding that extra dose of Nike heritage.
