Last week, we hosted an event in collaboration with adidas Originals in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter to celebrate the launch of our latest size? exclusive. Thomas Street’s music-led bar, renae, provided the perfect backdrop for the night with its intimate mood lighting and diverse library of vinyl.

As crowds began to gather, they were able to visit our Record Shop to pick up some merch before spilling out onto the street to soak up the late afternoon sun. Ensuring everyone was fuelled up for the night, local pizzeria Nell’s served up some of its iconic 22” pizzas, including a bespoke ‘Slize’ that carried the Trefoil stamp of approval. 

From 3pm to 8pm we enjoyed the ambient sounds of Jim Bane, Urbi, Hanz and Chimpo, setting the mood for the night. Later on, we were treated to sets from UK garage pioneer, MJ Cole, and one of the scene’s biggest modern innovators, Conducta. 

A true representation of cultural transmission, the Superstar unites generations, and our night brought the silhouette’s legacy to life — blending music, sneaker culture, and modern influence. What a way to celebrate 25 years of size?
