Run The Track returns this International Women’s Day with the second episode shining a light on the female experience in the music industry.

Following on from its first episode, which explored the experiences of the evolution of queer female artists in dance music, Run The Track is back and continues to place female artists from the North West at the centre of the conversation.

This time around, Manchester-based artist and the founder of neo-soul group Lovescene, Pop Roberts, is joined by singer/songwriter Låpsley – who has three critically acclaimed albums to date – and DJ Hannah Lynch who is a part of the DJ collective Girls Don’t Sync, an all-female group that fuses UKG, UK Bass and house, bringing high energy to underrepresented dancefloors all over the globe. Together they delve into their origin stories, successes, experiences and the issues they face across the music industry while highlighting the challenges female and minority artists face.

The second episode premiers on the Nike Hub via the size?launches app and you can also listen live from 5pm on Reform Radio.
