size? sessions returns to celebrate the release of the New Balance 1906R – ?exclusive
This time round for size? sessions, we celebrated the launch of our latest New Balance 1906R ?exclusive. After reimagining the label’s legendary model in a ‘Green/Black’ guise, we put another unique spin on the silhouette. Still maintaining its unique mesh-filled running look, our second 1906R gets a ‘Grey/Orange/Black’ paint up, offering an earthier tone to your rotations.
Taking place at Kachette, the former ticket hall of Shoreditch railway station, size? sessions played host to DJs Laidlaw and Just Jam who brought the energy to one of East London’s most loved venues. With a photo booth decked out in vibrant colours and Havana Club supplying the drinks, guests had the chance to watch @clippaco, a custom rug artist, create and bring the New Balance 1906R to life through tufting. Let’s look back…
Just Jam
Bringing sets jam-packed with fruity flavours, Just Jam’s sound was created over several summers in Ibiza. With the aim of spreading happiness through music and the dance culture that goes along with it, Just Jam created the label BEEYOU Records. Since its inception, it’s taken over London and showcased talent and individuality to unite people through music. Just Jam has taken over the decks at clubs like Amnesia, Feet East as well as Manchester’s Primrose Street.
Laidlaw
Co-founder of BEEYOU Records, Laidlaw has been electrifying dance floors since 2014. Constantly pushing the boundaries by experimenting with producing music and underground sound, he creates an atmosphere for the crown to get lost in. Having established roots in London, he’s taken the UK by storm and stepped into booths at fabric, Distrikt, The Loft, Feet East and more.
