As you probably know, we love picking out old terrace silhouettes and giving them a modern upgrade; now, we have delved into the vast adi archive again and picked out a 1978 classic.

A well-known terrace staple, the Tobacco first dropped in the late ‘70s, and its simple retro charm remains today.

We wanted to rework this legendary trainer, so we opted for a plush suede coated upper with a GORE-TEX lining to offer a utility element. The casual aesthetic remains though, and this one arrives with tonal 3-Stripes with perforations sandwiched in-between. What’s more, the rich green colourway is inspired by the OG Hungarian Tobacco. Also, the ‘Dohany’ lettering on the tongue is the Hungarian translation for Tobacco. Below, a gum sole enhances the vintage feel.
