Merging OG basketball style with craftsmanship, the latest Converse and Bandulu collaboration is full of old-school designs and upcycling inspiration. A match made in heaven, Converse’s array of OG classics are the perfect canvases for Bandulu’s creative touch.

Hailing from Boston, Bandulu has a reputation for its innovative DIY style. More specifically, for the art of upcycling used clothes, changing them into something stylish and contemporary.

From detailed illustrations, vibrant splashes of colour or hand-stitched detailing; their products own a unique DIY aesthetic and a high level of craft.

Their latest work includes new designs for two iconic trainers. Firstly, the Pro Leather High Top receives a sturdy nubuck build with paint-like splatters and co-branding. Additionally, Bandulu renovates the Chuck 70 for the third time, elevating the classic b-ball trainer with splashes of colour atop of “Cappuccino” hemp.

To finish, there’s a fresh set of apparel too; including a nautical-inspired hoodie, some heritage basketball shorts plus a casual tee with an “Asparagus White” colourway.
