Stylish and futuristic, the PUMA Hedra is a combination of archive inspiration and cutting-edge futuristic elements. With a design concept that was followed by the same idea as Kyron; this trainer has a running aesthetic which has unique and instantly recognisable PUMA style.

These trainers boast multi-tonal layers of synthetics and suede with added mesh detailing on the uppers; signature PUMA Formstrip branding also takes over the lateral sidewall. Adding to the trainer’s textural appeal, there is a super chunky rubber sole unit with a cushioning EVA midsole plus a moulded PU sockliner for added comfort.

As we touched upon earlier, the Hedra boasts the same imaginative design concept as the Kyron, using hybrid mythical creatures such as the Griffin and Centaur to shape the design. Its durable rubber wrap up nods to a classic PUMA x Miharayashurio collab from the archive, and the fluid patterns on the uppers draw inspiration from the brand’s retro runners. Adding to this, the differing forefoot and heel were based on retro track spike shoes.
