Showing no signs of slowing down in SS19, Kanye and adidas Originals reimagine the coveted Yeezy Boost 350 v2 yet again in an unseen colour palette, available throughout Europe exclusively.
Taking its name from a Southern Celestial Hemisphere star constellation, the ‘Antlia’ sports a two-tone makeup and arrives painted in a summer-ready blend of pale grey and pastel yellow across its Primeknit uppers. This innovative material moulds to the contours of your feet to provide a foot-hugging comfortable, sock-like fit. Continuing the new feature that first appeared on the model’s ‘Static’ colourway: a semi-transparent mesh panel wraps around the side of the shoe, and reflective laces ensure you’ll stand-out even when the lights are out.
Below, the premium pair boasts adidas’ Boost technology. For those who aren’t familiar with this cushioning techn, a Boost midsole is made from TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) which compresses under impact and instantly springs back to its original shape – making for a cushioned ride each time you step out. Finally, a rubber outsole underfoot blends seamlessly with the pair’s Primeknit uppers and provides glue-like grip to the streets.
The adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 ‘Antlia’ will be available on the size? previews app and in selected size? stores on Saturday 22nd June, priced at £180 in UK sizes 3.5-14. Download the size?previews app and sign up for a launch notification here.
