First landing back in ’97, Reebok’s Slice was designed as a classic tennis silhouette and arrived as part of the iconic ‘Club Series’. While it remained as part of the tennis collection until the summer of 1999, Reebok began exploring the shoe’s lifestyle potential in later seasons, experimenting with new materials and patterns such as denim, suede and plaid. Now a certified summer shoe, the versatile silhouette returns to size? this season – and for two weeks size? will be the only place to get your hands on a pair.

The Slice is made from a canvas upper, decorated with a retro embroidered Vector logo to the sidewall. This combination makes for a clean, understated style, and the great thing about its simplicity is that it looks the part with just about any outfit. The design takes cues from Reebok’s earlier lifestyle sneakers from the mid-‘90s with a cushioning vulcanised midsole, while a moulded siped outsole underfoot delivers added traction and support.

The Slice will be available in Chalk/Navy and Navy/White (only in women’s) online and in selected size? stores on Saturday 1st June, priced at £55 in UK sizes 3.5-14.
