As you might have noticed from our Instagram stories, last week we were out in Milan at the Converse x Carhartt WIP launch event, held at the Spazio Maiocchi art, design and fashion space.

The latest collaboration see’s the brands reuniting again to create a new take on the iconic One Star iteration. Comprising of three colourways, black, white and dark army green, Converse x Carhartt WIP have designed the shoe with inspiration from military clothing, bags and crates.

The latest pack was designed with functionality in mind for the upcoming winter months. Made from durable CORDURA® fabric, with an accompanying hashtag and a military inspired D-ring on the heel, to play in well with the military theme.

The public launch event featured militant installations such as a beach buggy, parachutes and florescent podiums, as well as a DJ set and bar. The overall atmosphere of the contemporary launch event mirrored the shoes sleek and modern style.

All three colourways of the Converse x Carhartt WIP One Star are available online and in selected size? stores, priced at £90.
