adidas Originals Archive TRX – size? Exclusive
The latest addition to our ongoing Archive collection, the adidas Originals TRX returns in two size? Exclusive colourways.
The TRX has taken on many forms since the mid 70’s when it was first introduced as a lightweight running shoe. Once again, the tried and true combination of suede and nylon made for a runner that withstood heavy training routines while not sitting too heavy on the foot. Variations in the both the panelling on the upper and midsole construction showed a development of the line that improved performance year after year. For this iteration, the TRX Runner is the silhouette of choice, with a slight change to the original 1984 multi-ridged midsole which is replaced by the more recognisible single ridge that sweeps all the way across.
The first two Archive releases arrive in two very traditional colourways, the first being a tonal grey that incorporates a deeper shade on the primary panels, and a slightly lighter version features on the nylon underlay. White leather stripes stretch across the sidewall with debossed TRX RUNNER branding sitting inside the top stripe. The second, more vibrant colourway is probably the most well known associate of the TRX. Bright orange suede and nylon dress the entirety of the upper, accented by yellow leather hits on the stripes and heel panel. The sunburst also carries over onto the traditional shock-absorbent midsole unit.
The size? Exclusive adidas Originals TRX Runner will be available via the size? previews app, and in all size? stores on Friday 29th June, priced at £85.
