size? previews February 2017 with Highsnobiety
Changing up our format a bit slightly for the new year, we present you with our new size? Previews series, giving you an opportunity to find out about our latest footwear projects with some of the worlds biggest brands, and plan your footwear purchases out for the month accordingly. For February, we headed out to Germany’s capital during Berlin fashion week to meet up with some of the team behind Highsnobiety, a streetwear focused fashion and lifestyle blog with offices located around the world. We gave Managing Editor Brock Cardiner and Junior Editor and Photographer Chris Danforth a preview of some of the great selection we’ve got arriving at size? throughout February to get their thoughts from a european perspective.
This month we’ve got a wide selection of product including several ‘old meets new’ updates from a variety of brands. Nike present a pack that celebrates three key decades of development throughout the brands history, with colourways harking back to the late 70’s. Alongside that we take a closer look at the new Spiridon Ultra, a lightweight update to 1997’s silver road runner with a new outsole and reconsidered upper. ASICS have reignited interested in their GEL Kayano francise with a new all-over knit rendition, vastly reducing any excess paneling across the upper. With adidas Originals we take a look at the updated Stan Smith Boost in it’s OG white & green combination, the new Pure Boost that’s set to help continue the success of the cushioned running family, and the latest installation to our exclusive Archive series, the Gazelle Super.
