I almost exclusively use my mom’s old Pentax camera these days; she used to take baby photos of me with it so I’ve got a special attachment to it. There’s also something about film that is undeniably beautiful. With these things in mind, my Pentax was the perfect choice for photographing Japan.
Japan is the most unique country I’ve ever visited. My travel buddy Derek Li and I instantly fell in love with the culture, the people and the food! The contrast between the city and the rural areas give the country such a unique personality. Even though we achieved so much during our short visit, I left longing for more. See you again soon, Japan!
