RECAP: PUMA presents Alife Sessions in collaboration with size?
On Thursday night PUMA, in collaboration with size?, presented an Alife Sessions event at the Laundry in East London.
Guests walking into the underground space were greeted by a display of footwear and apparel from the second drop of this collaboration. It picks up where they both left off in 2007, showcasing the downtown NYC culture from which it was born. Alife picked themes to base the collection on, from their famous in-store ‘fish tank’ to the ever-growing Alife Sessions gigs.
The night started off with food and drinks being served whilst the supporting acts started performing to the filling venue. Cult Mountain entertained everyone with their witty, fast paced lyrics and up and coming female rapper Little Simz increased the energy level of the crowd ready for the main act.
It was then the turn of headline act Mobb Deep to take to the stage. The rap duo, who are one of the most critically acclaimed East-Coast hip-hop groups, are celebrating their 20th Anniversary this year but gave a performance every bit as energetic and skilful as when they first formed in Queens, New York.
The PUMA x Alife footwear and apparel collection is now available in selected size? stores and online HERE
