Improvements focus on three fit zones: forefoot, midfoot and heel, with a use of strategically-placed no-sew overlays which lends a seamless interior and ultra-lightweight feel. Nike’s innovative engineered mesh technology provides targeted support along with an increased breathability throughout, as well as the Nike Zoom unit in the heel offering a springy and responsive cushioned ride.

The Pegasus franchise has long been known for its secure fit and the latest Nike Air Pegasus+ 30 is no different, utilising a Fitsole sockliner to help conform to the shape of the foot, whilst a reflective skin under the upper helps keep runners visible in low-light conditions. Including a mix of environmentally-preferred rubber and precisely-placed flex grooves in the waffle outsole, the newly creating edit perfectly promotes a natural, efficient stride.
