Following on from the recent success of the ‘Perf’ pack and last year’s worldwide exclusives, it seems that the Nike Air Max Light is gaining its unparalleled reputation quicker than first thought, and we couldn’t be any happier. The retro silhouette, as you must know by now, was originally released just after the famed Air Max 1, and includes noticeable aspects that can be seen across the Air Max 90, giving it a hybrid-styled appearance.

Opting for similar aesthetics to the original model, the ‘Easter Edition’ draws inspiration from the Spring season from which they release, displaying a mixture of premium quality leather suede and mesh, along with the famous thermo-plastic panelling around the toe. Presented in opposing colourways, the two 1989 models have taken on the traditional Easter colour palettes have accidentally created a somewhat underlying rivalry between themselves, and it’s up to you to decide which colourway will win – the purple or turquoise?

The Nike Air Max Light – size? Worldwide exclusive ‘Easter Edition’ will be available in both ‘turquoise/navy/grey’ and ‘purple/violet/grey’ from Friday 22nd March at all size? stores and online, in sizes 5.5-12 (UK) and priced at £100.
