Nike Lunaracer+ 3
When the Lunaracer was first revealed in 2008 for the Beijing Olympics Nike introduced one of the lightest marathon running trainers that they had ever made. The use of a Flywire equipped upper combined seamlessly with the Lunarlite foam sole and made both the support and overall cushioning a perfect match. Four years later and Nike unveil another addition to the series. Featuring a similar Lunarlon cushioned sole unit to the one used on the original, the Lunaracer+ 3 also benefits from loosely fitted Flywire technology on the upper, giving this model a totally different look and feel to previous silhouettes but with the same superior dynamic fit you come to expect from any release in the Lunaracer series.
If that wasn’t enough to make this a must-have for next year, the Beaverton-based brand has carried its newly developed Engineered Mesh technology over to the racer, resulting in a simplistic, clean one-piece upper that we’re sure we will be seeing more of in the coming months.
The Nike Lunaracer+ 3 improves on a classic and presents all of the original characteristics in an aesthetically pleasing package. Available soon from size? stores and online.
