Air Jordan XI ‘Bred’
The Air Jordan XI first released in 1995 and celebrated Michael Jordan’s welcome return to the game of basketball after a brief career in baseball. Created by legendary Nike designer, Tinker Hatfield, and inspired by a convertible car and a lawn mower, the AJXI utilised new materials that had never been applied to a basketball shoe before. Nicknamed “Bred” because of its black/varsity red-white colourway, this particular version has only be released once before (last seen in 2001 – not including 1996’s and 2010’s black/true red-white version) and is a clear hint to the Chicago Bulls team colours that MJ is so famously associated with.
The Air Jordan XI Retro ‘Bred’ will be available this (Friday 21st December) from size? stores and online, priced at £140.
