Tony Alva is an American professional skateboarder, who mostly known for being one of the original members of the Z-Boys skateboarding team, is also considered as one of the foremost significant skateboarders within the culture since it began.

The Vans Classic Tales are a collection of short chronicles, each focusing on a specific story from the person in question and hosted by the Vans OffTheWall.tv site. In the latest, renowned skaterboarder Alva shares an insight to his favourite past-time, the “Frog Toss”, involving himself and partner in crime Wentzle Ruml, all illustrated by Jay Howell.
