Nike Air Jordan IV ‘military blue’ Retro
2012 continues to big a big year for Jordan fans with the upcoming reissue of the ‘military blue’ AJ4. Originally launched in 1989, the ‘military blue’ IV instantly became highly sought after despite the fact that MJ never actually wore them on the court. In 1999 Nike reissued the military blue IV; it sold out immediately. However, by 2006 when it was next released trends had changed and many IV’s ended up on sale racks up and down the country, no doubt much to the joy of diehard Jordan heads…
After the success of the reissue of the ‘concord’ XI’s at the end of last year, the ‘cement grey’ IV’s in February, the ‘Cavs’ a couple of weeks ago & the so called ‘second coming’ of the streetwear movement, it’s safe to say this years ‘military blue’ IV’s wont be heading in the same direction as their 2006 siblings.
A true classic and one not to be missed for footwear fans new and old, the white/military blue-neutral grey Nike Air Jordan IV will be available from size? stores and online on Saturday 9th June in junior and adult sizes.
