The cities rich history can be seen in traditional structures dotted throughout the streets, timber framed buildings have stood the test of time since the Tudor era. But as with time, Nottingham is evolving, both structurally and culturally. The introduction of The Nottingham Contemporary in has brought internationally acclaimed creatives to the city to exhibit, and you can see world class art first hand, free of charge.selected_by_size_nottingham_edited-50_small_Our Nottingham store has sat in it’s current Clumber Street location since October 2014, after residing in a smaller space at the other end of town for 8 years. Deceptively large when viewing from the street, the enormous space plays host to two floors of footwear, clothing and accessories, including dedicated Carhartt and adidas Originals area’s full of the latest product. During the shopfit we uncovered an incredible brutalist-era ceiling that spans the length of both floors, and we commissioned celebrated ‘doodle illustrator’ Jon Burgerman to create a bespoke mural for the second floor.

The city hosts events in the market square throughout the year so they’re always interesting to check out, ranging from the Christmas Markets which sell hand crafted ornaments and cook up some great food, to the beach in the summer time with the sand and paddling area for the little ones!

Where are the best places to grab something to eat in the city?

You cant go wrong with an all you can eat wings at hooters on a Monday, then Spanky Van Dyke’s burger joint on a Tuesday! Absolute fire! There are way too many places to eat here but they’ve got to be some of my favourites!

I wear New Balance 996 on a regular basis, in my mind it’s the comfiest shoe ever made, bar the adidas Ultra Boost, but that’s more of a summer-ready shoe for me as its all white. At the moment I’m switching between my New Balance 996, my US exclusive Air Huarache’s, and not forgetting my new Wallabee’s!
