OBEY x COPE2 Collaborative Collection

COPE2 is one of the most notorious graffiti ‘bombers’ in New York City and the five boroughs, starting out very young during the mid-80’s with his now legendary stylish bubble letter throw-up reading COPE. From the Bronx to downtown, all the way to Brooklyn, he had pieces everywhere, and with slow rate of transport cleaning at that time, his work accumulated fast highlighting him as one of the best in New York City.

After a long-standing mutual appreciation between the two, a collaborative project was inevitable, presenting a limited edition poster series, which also included famous graffiti photographer, Martha Cooper. With the success of this, they decided to carry it over onto the OBEY clothing line featuring a selection of t-shirts, sweatshirts, beanie hats and hooded jumpers.
